Meet Chef Brett Gilbert (Creator and Owner)

I’ve been a chef and caterer for some 20 years, and have worked all over the wonderful state of Western Australia. My true passion is catering intimate dinner parties and cocktail parties. I've fashioned PERTH CHEF HIRE to share my love for dinner party catering and cocktail party catering and welcome you to meet the PCH team. Meet Chef J.R

Chef J.R is a young and inspired chef/caterer formerly trained by the likes of Executive Chef Michael Hartnell and Executive Sous Chef John Baxter of the Swan Valley's flagship establishment  - Mandoon Estate.


J.R's mentors Michael and John, boast Executive Chef titles at numerous well regarded establishments in both London and New York, and afforded J.R a reputable education in the culinary arts.

Meet Ashlee (Co Owner Operator)

Ashlee is for the most part Chef Brett's sidekick and is extensively trained and experienced in front of house operations throughout Perth and the Southwest. With a wealth of knowledge operating and planning large weddings and intimate parties she knows how to take the ordinary, and make your event extraordinary. Together, Brett, Ashlee and the team at Perth Chef Hire are a formidable force to ensure your event goes off without a hitch!

Meet Fabrice Le. Coq

Moving to Australia in 2012, Fabrice immediately found a his place working for the Merivale Group in Sydney at Felix Bistro,  extending his skills to open Merivale’s J&M Whisky Bar and driving the bar culture within the Ivy complex.


With over 17 years experience in the hospitality industry, most recently opening Gazette restaurant in the Perth CBD within the Print Hall complex, Fabrice now brings his wealth of knowledge of food and beverage to the Perth Chef Hire Team.
